Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring a Process Science Associate to join a Capital Region biotechnology leader that develops and manufactures treatments for serious medical conditions. Our client values employee engagement, growth from within, and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Hours and Benefits for the Process Science Associate

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
$23.00/hour
Paid Time Off offered on an accrual basis
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance offered after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities for the Process Science Associate

Analyze manufacturing data derived from chromatography and purification processes
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis outcomes
Handle small scale experiments in the lab
Design experiments, procure necessary materials and prepare buffers
Conduct data and statistical analysis using JMP to discern process impacts and relationships
Troubleshoot equipment and processes, ensuring compliance

Requirement for the Process Science Associate

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required- Biology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, etc.
Experience with chromatography (undergraduate lab experience qualifies)
