Materials Analyst

• Cycle Counting: Validate and analyze discrepancies, any errors found during these small incremental counts should result in an adjustment to the inventory accounting records.
• Also, an investigation into the reasons for each error found should be conducted.
• The eventual result should be detailed procedures and training with the intention of creating high levels of inventory record accuracy.
• Some of the counts will have to be performed during weekends.

• Every analyst gets a deck of suppliers with 200 to 250-part numbers total, the Analyst follows with the suppliers on a daily basis for shipments, window times changes, schedule changes etc.

• Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Managing Worksheets, Sorting data, Generate charts, formatting cells.
