Do you have Operations Management experience within a hands-on assembly environment? Are you looking to be part of a leadership team with an innovative organization? If so, Alaant Workforce Solutions has an opportunity with a premier industrial manufacturer.

Hours and Benefits for the Director of Operations:

$150,000 - $180,000 per year (Based on experience)
Unlimited PTO, fully covered health insurance, and 401k match
Annual Profit-Sharing program
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Director of Operations:

Work with executive leadership to drive the organization's long-term missions and goals
Develop operational metrics and hold the operations team accountable
Act as the operations culture champion cascading organization’s core values and strong operational qualities (safety, lean, continuous improvement)
Lead the development and implementation of high-quality manufacturing systems and processes and guide continuous improvement initiatives
Lead ISO compliance, recertification initiatives

Requirements for the Director of Operations:

5+ years’ experience as a Director of Operations (or similar) in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required, Master of Business Administration desirable
Lean or Toyota Production Systems experience preferred
