Alaant Workforce Solutions has an opening for a Shipping Analyst with a client in the Capital Region who is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Hours and Benefits for the Shipping Analyst:

Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
$22.00/hour
Medical, Dental, and Vision available after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities for the Shipping Analyst:

Collaborate closely with external Manufacturing Relationship Managers, Project Managers, and Production Managers to grasp their requirements for maintaining supply chain needs
Act as Shipping Requestor for shipments related to External Manufacturing. Oversee and execute shipping documentation requirements
Plan shipments based on a thorough understanding of External Manufacturing filling schedule to ensure timely deliveries
Manage data for shipments including temperature data, statuses, conditions and delays to identify trends or anomalies
Provide support for investigations as needed, following SOPs

Requirements for the Shipping Analyst:

B.S degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant degree
Experience with MS Excel and logistics is a plus!
