Do you have technical sales or account management experience? Are you looking for an organization with growth potential? If so, Alaant Workforce Solutions has a great opportunity with an industry leading electronics manufacturing firm in the Capital Region.

Hours and Benefits for the Sales Engineer:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year + Bonus (Based on experience)
PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, and 401(k) eligibility
Monday through Friday on-site
- Up to 50% Travel to Clients

Responsibilities for the Sales Engineer:

Generate revenue by understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and preparing quotes
Manage incoming inquiries from potential new customers with the goal of generating new business
- Including utilizing customer purchasing history, suggesting new and related products, and explaining technical features
Partner cross-functionally to help close on the business and/or negotiate objections

Requirements for the Sales Engineer:

3+ years of experience in technical sales environment
- Manufacturing Industry a plus
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
