Job Description:
- The candidate will gain experience interrogating cellular and molecular mechanisms as they relate to kinase target pathway modulation, off-target liabilities, and resistance.
- The candidate’s primary role will be lab based and include cellular assays to support drug discovery efforts.
- This position offers the opportunity to impact a growing portfolio of targeted therapies in a fast-paced and innovative research environment.
- Independently conduct, optimize, and proactively troubleshoot cellular screening assays.
- Run cellular assays to screen small molecules in support of drug discovery efforts.
- Employ cellular and molecular techniques such as Western blotting, qPCR, ELISA, and flow cytometry to support mechanism of action studies.
- Analyze and record detailed experimental data in an electronic laboratory notebook in a timely manner.
- Bachelors or master's graduate with experience in assay development, mammalian cell culture, and any high throughput screening.
Technical Information:
- Pay: $50-$58.00 hourly
- Onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm
- 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent
