Director of Accounting Services

• $90,000 to $130,000 a year based on experience level
• Monday - Friday onsite, ~45 hours per week
  • Local travel to clients and work from home periodically

• Manage team of 2-4 individuals to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Ensure that client complies with all Financial and Tax reporting requirements in a timely manner
• Provide accounting & financial advisory services to clients on a proactive basis to help clients achieve future goals
• Prepare, review and present budget and/or forecast schedules to client

• 10+ years’ (relevant) experience in Accounting or related field
• 5 + years’ supervisory experience in the following: performance management (including coaching, performance review delivery etc.), training, talent acquisition and retention
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of QuickBooks
