Role - Digital Acquisitions Operations Manager
Rate - $79.17/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours =$118.75)
Duration - 12 Months (possible extension)
Location - Wilmington, DE
The Digital Acquisitions Marketing Operations contractor position will manage day-to-day marketing operations management (invoicing, budget management, etc.). The candidate will partner with various cross-functional teams to ensure accurate channel- and product-level forecasting and budget management, which will include following requirements documents, working with data management and channel teams, determining and meeting timelines for various processes, partnering with accounts payable and invoicing teams, and measuring and reporting campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities • Support Digital Acquisitions channels by ensuring the flawless quality of budgeting, invoice tracking and over/under analysis
• Support monthly financial outlook process including dashboard development and trend/information sharing
• Act as the central interface between the Acquisition product managers and accounts payable, ensuring prompt/accurate invoice payment
• Assist the Test and Learn team with ad hoc testing analysis projects
• Provide status updates, issues for discussion, and guidance as appropriate and necessary to ensure accurate and timely budget inputs.
• Support the overall quality control environment within the Digital Acquisitions' team
Key Requirements & Competencies • Financial services industry a plus.

• Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality.
