Responsible for supervision, training, and developing branch personnel. He/she must be able and willing to fill in for Branch Managers when necessary. The Assistant Branch Manager/Escrow Manager should be effective at training and providing feedback to ensure consistent team performance and excellent customer satisfaction. In addition, he/she must demonstrate excellence at managing complex customer concerns and transactions. Consistently ensures compliance with all operational regulations, sales & service processes, policies and procedures, and completion of compliance requirements. Primary duties include non-management responsibilities such as teller and lead teller functions, individual cash handling, assisting with effective scheduling, managing the Teller line, lobby management, escrow management and delegating essential tasks. Ensures branch staff create a positive customer experience. Serves as a backup to the teller staff and may backup other bank functions.
This position has job duties which may include assessing needs and referring those customers interested in a loan product to the appropriate team member. Responsibilities may include assisting loan customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a residential secured loan.
Required Qualifications- 1+ year of experience interacting with customers
- 3+ year of teller/banking experience

Job Expectations- Ability to work Saturdays as needed or scheduled
