Focus:
-Affirmative Action Plan (Effort to improve employment, educational, and other opportunities for members of groups that have been subjected to discrimination. Criteria for affirmative action include race, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, and age)
-High level Data Scientist/Analyst Skills
Duties:Drafts and oversees an EEOP Plan/affirmative action plan for the organization; establishes affirmative action goals; monitors progress and collaborates with management to achieve these goals.
Develops and implement reporting and audit procedures to assess the effectiveness of the organization's EEO, affirmative action, and diversity programs.
Conducts audits to assess the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local discrimination laws.
Prepares position statement reports on investigations or audit findings and makes recommendations.
Investigates internal discrimination complaints.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, personnel management, industrial relations or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of (full-time equivalent) verifiable professional experience in EEO investigation or affirmative action administration, which must have included at least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client.
