Role - Digital Marketing and Operations Manager 
Rate - $51.85/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $77.77/HR)
Duration - 12 Months (possible extension)
Location - Long Island City Queens NYC 11101


Job Description: 

Support the development and execution of digital acquisitions marketing campaigns for credit cards within the Affiliate Marketing channel (aggregators, bloggers, financial news sites, etc.), with an emphasis on channel's project change management, budget planning/forecasting and compliance operations. This role will work with the External Affiliates Cards team and will primarily provide support for project management, compliance, ad/website trafficking operations, forecasting and budgeting, performance analysis, creative development, and business processes. 

Key responsibilities include: 
• Work with the External Affiliate Lead to manage the creative & offer change management process, interfacing with external development agencies, our affiliate network, and publishers for tasks including but not limited to: 
o Gather & incorporate change requests from various product management stakeholders 
o Work with agencies to update various digital marketing assets (including affiliate marketing bullets and banners), project managing the development from inception to the ads being in market 
o Updating of landing pages to account for product changes 
o Testing and QA the accuracy, functionality, and flow of ad experiences and documenting as necessary to ensure flawless execution 
o Work with network to plan out and implement changes in market 
• Oversee compliance operations end to end within an internal workflow tool, acquire required creative legal and compliance approvals, and capture & store screenshots and approvals per Client compliance and record retention policy 
• Develop performance forecasting models & scenarios to enable budget allocation decisions based on marginal costs vs. incremental account gain across publisher set 
• Manage ad operations work including trafficking updated websites and integrating third party tracking and attribution tracking 
• Provide support for Invoice and budget reconciliation and bookkeeping 

This role will require flexibility to meet evolving business needs. Completing the above tasks will require: 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously across several agency and publisher partners to meet deadlines 
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance 
• Strong intellectual and analytical capabilities: must be capable with reporting, budget models, and fundamental analytic tactics 
• A keen sense of curiosity and willingness to ask questions that can drive positive change 
• Proactively looking for ways to improve existing processes to drive efficiencies 
• An ability to make independent decisions, when appropriate and weighing risks and rewards 
• Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex environment, working with key partners across the business including Cards Sales and Marketing, legal, and compliance 

Qualifications: 
• 3-5 years business experience, particularly in marketing operations and planning 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer experience 
• Experience in reporting and forecasting across large marketing budgets 
• Strong analytics skill set a must 
• Previous work with direct marketing campaigns: 
o Prefer a candidate with previous experience in digital marketing 
o Prefer previous agency and/or ad operations experience a plus 
• Previous work managing and leading agency and/or control operations a plus. 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe 
• Familiarity with business planning, workflow & collaboration tools 
• Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture •
