Role - Instructional Designer - Consulting Role
Rate - $33.33/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $50/HR)
Duration - 6 Months (possible extension)
Location - Tampa FL
Ability to manage projects and effectively communicate to sr. stakeholders.
Any exposure to instructional design and writing communication pieces is ideal.
Designs and conducts training, engagement and awards/recognition programs. May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements as well as tracking, reporting and metrics. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Requirements:
5+ Years in Learning & Development Program Management and/or Communications
Exceptional Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Advanced PowerPoint Skills
Advanced Excel (i.e. reporting and metrics skills)
SharePoint Experience
Program Management
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a strong plus •
