Role - Lean Process Coach
Rate - $92.59/hour

iti Retail Services (CRS) provides consumer and commercial credit card products, services, and retail solutions to national and regional retailers across the U.S. The business services nearly 90 million accounts for a number of iconic brands, including The Home Depot, Macy's, Best Buy, Sears, Shell, and ExxonMobil, among others.
CRS is in need of an experienced Lean Process Coach for the Business Delivery team; that is able to develop and deploy process improvements to streamline the boarding and conversion of new partners.
• Work on a Client Business process initiative(s) which is also the pilot utilizing Business Agile principles. Work with Scrum Master and Scrum Team to incorporate the Lean methodology to drive held drive solutions and modifications to the process.
• Leverage Client Lean methodology and utilize when working with team.
• Interface directly with the scrum team members, representing various business functions, to validate the mapping of current process stage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and operations teams to solicit input, identify pain points, and confirm process
• Execute established project management disciplines including communication plans, meeting facilitation, risk & issue management, documentation.
• Collaborate with scrum team to assess process improvements to achieve business goal
• Drive business solutions in adherence to the boarding strategy and conversion model
• Produce documentation, guides, and/or training materials in support of the process changes
• Assist with the introduction and roll-out of the changes throughout the life of the project
• Introduce changes to boarding/conversion projects in-flight. Determine how to accomplish this deliverable by collaborating with the program leadership team for these partner projects.

• Demonstrated application of Lean principles, approaches, tools and enablers.
• Strong analytical capability tied with strong business acumen.
• Coach, advise, teach, facilitates cross functional leads and senior leaders concerning organizational change, team-based business operations and metrics, and operating effectiveness.
• Uses and applies expert knowledge of lean techniques, standards, tools and concepts to meet business goals. Evaluates results and identifies opportunities to improve work-related projects and processes within and outside workgroup.
• Understand the elements of cost and applicability to measuring true impact to change.
• Experience with establishing strategy and policy deployment systems to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated application of using process confirmation techniques to validate a high performing Lean/EI culture transformation.
• Capable of adapting communication style, tone, context, and mechanics to ensure effective communication; regularly seeks input from audience; checks understanding; presents message in different ways to enhance understanding and influence others .
• Understands and effectively uses change management principles and techniques, demonstrating effective use of approaches and methodology for leading change.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement/engagement strategies.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience analyzing data and identifying issues and making recommendations for improvements associated with a value stream that resulted in change and improved business position.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Lean Production Systems with the ability to facilitate, coach, and teach.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and influence with limited authority.
- Proficient in MS Project, Power Point, Excel. Blueworks experience is a plus.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Lean Certification
- Experience in on boarding process improvements •
