This individual be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the headquarters office, corporate executives and Corporate Strategy team. He/she will be responsible for administering the company's incentive program with the State of Tennessee by preparing and filing regulatory reports. In addition, he/she will perform activities such as assisting executives and general office administration.
- Coordinate reimbursements or payments from State of TN under negotiated incentive programs by completing forms and submitting information to the State for both HQ and the TN manufacturing plant.
- Request updates, explanation of incentive, and other information from state on behalf of other departments.
- Respond to vendor email inquiries for status updates, payments, etc.
- Coordinate with external auditor and attend government meetings with peers as needed
- Draft and submit regulatory reporting responses to the State of TN and internal reports to management
- Assist in accommodating Executive requests (Travel, Reservations, Calendar Appointments, Visitors, Processing Expense Reports, Manage Business Card Contacts, etc.)
- Maintain budget for CST Benefits General account and balance forwards on this and other various CST accounts (Monthly Plan and Annual budget)
- Act as company liaison to coordinate, manage accounts and effectively communicate amongst all designated parties (Parking, Security, Etc.) within building while abiding by tenant agreements
- Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned by management
- Computer literacy, excellent skills in Microsoft products (such as Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, and especially Excel)
- Must be able to utilize high level tools within Excel such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and Concur preferred
- Requires working with some supervision
- Precision and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of accounting and regulatory practices, the company's needs and general business conditions
- Bachelor's degree relevant to accounting or finance preferred
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial department
- 2-5 years of experience in a support, administrative role required
- General knowledge of accounting in corporate environment
- Ability to read and understand legal contracts
