RCM will assign and HR expert to perform discovery and develop a proposal to support GSI for HR services. The initial priority is to develop, deliver and create follow-up action items related to an employee engagement survey. Our proposed services will also include the delivery of required HR compliance training to field/shop and office employees, support of annual HR lifecycle events, and a part time HR administrator to assist with managing employee ins and outs.
