Alaant Workforce Solutions has joined forces with a reputable law firm to fill a crucial Paralegal role on the plaintiff side.

Full-time role in Clifton Park, NY (some flexibility with work from home when needed)

Responsibilities for the Paralegal- Civil Litigation/Personal Injury:

Cconduct client intake calls and have contact with clients for the duration of their claim
You will be responsible for draft pleadings, discovery responses, scheduling of depositions, and Bills of Particulars.
The ideal candidate will have experience with medical authorizations and will respond promptly with a high level of detail and accuracy.

Requirements for Paralegal- Civil Litigation/Personal Injury:

5+ years of experience as a Paralegal for personal injury litigation (plaintiff side)
Paralegal certificate or degree in Paralegal studies
Must be thorough, honest, motivated, have great follow-through skills and be self-driven
Experience with writing detailed Discovery responses
Experience with MS/Office and MS/Excel and experience with court systems, e-filing for state and federal
