MUST:
3+ Years of Personal Injury Experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
Computer literacy
Communication skills

DUTIES:
Client Intake;
Communication with current clients, Courts and other legal professionals;
Prepare client communication record requests, and cover letters, etc;
Open, organize and maintain files (electronically and physically);
Maintain office and attorney specific calendars including but not limited to scheduling client meetings, hearings, depositions, etc;
Represent attorney by communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to attorney
