ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Salesforce.com CRM Administrator at Kibo, you will work cross-functionally with all areas of the business with a primary focus on supporting and implementing solutions for our support and services teams. You will be responsible for ongoing administration, support, and training for the Salesforce database, as well as managing all applications that integrate with Salesforce or are implemented on the platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage all administration functions such as security user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management
  • Manage all administration processes (including, but not limited to Workflows, Validation Rule, Approval Process, Assignment Rule, and list generation)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the Services, Support, and Success teams
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the database
  • Collaborate with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions 
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for database users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions via webinar or in person
  • Collaborate with Support, Services, Success, GTM, and Engineering, to establish cross-functional integrations and automation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2+ years Salesforce.com administration experience required with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Salesforce Certifications desired include Administrator (strongly preferred, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and Service Cloud technical requirements, system configuration, and user requirements
  • Previous experience capturing business requirement from Support and Services organizations and implementing Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Customer Success automation and tooling
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Communities
  • Strong communication, documentation, prioritization and training skills
  • Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, and formula fields
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment with the ability to manage projects and track progress
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
