ABOUT THIS ROLE 

As a Marketing Designer at Kibo, your role will be responsible for creating visually captivating sales and marketing materials that align with our brand and resonate with our target ICP. You will develop compelling collateral that enhances our marketing campaigns and supports sales efforts through your creative vision and design expertise that will effectively communicate our message and generate leads.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create visually captivating collateral for both sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity across digital platforms while ensuring consistent design and messaging.
  • Maintain brand best practices to design cohesive sales collateral, marketing materials, and online campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our visual appeal and competitiveness
  • Analyze performance data from campaigns and materials to optimize design, layout, and content to improve engagement and conversions
  • Execute website design updates to improve engagement and the overall user experience

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  • Proven experience in developing and executing visually captivating marketing campaigns and optimizing website content that drive engagement and conversions
  • Proficiency in website design principles, UX best practices, and familiarity with WordPress CMS and website analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Design skills with experience in Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure consistency across digital platforms
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and powerful storytelling ability to effectively convey brand messaging
