Cisco Client resource12 Months contract Pleasanton CA 94588 Scope of WorkCisco Client resource to review the existing Cisco Client configuration and provide the recommendation of the best practices. Cisco Client resource will assess and analyze the risk of the existing version in the State Fund environment and recommend the newer and stable version to upgrade for remediating the vulnerabilities. State Fund team will interview the resource before finalizing the resource for this project.
Vendor resource shall:
- Review existing configuration on the Client and provide best practices recommendations.
- Upgrade Cisco Client (Identity Services Engine) to the most stable version and remediate any of the existing vulnerabilities.
- Work on the weekend/after-hours for the Cisco Client upgrade and need to be onsite if needed during the cutover.
Deliverables - Review the existing configuration, version, certificates on the existing Cisco Client nodes and provide the recommended newer and stable version.
- Supplier shall Upgrade Cisco Client (Identity Services Engine) to the latest version and remediate any of the existing vulnerabilities.
- Vendor resource need to be onsite during the weekend cutover at the State Fund location and provide war room support on the next working day after the cutover
- Supplier shall provide a detailed documentation on the Cisco Client Upgrade and step-by-step troubleshooting steps for any issues.
- Supplier shall review the existing configuration and provide best practice recommendation of the existing configuration after the upgrade. Supplier need to document all the best practice recommendations with the detailed configuration steps.
