The Marketing Communications Assistant plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by coordinating and implementing various marketing and communication activities. This role involves collaborating with team members to promote the company's brand, products, and services through effective messaging and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate events, product launches, and webinars to enhance the company's visibility.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality production of marketing materials.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading content for various marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM systems) is a plus.
