Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

The Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and support. This role involves handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving basic issues to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product or service information, guiding them through processes or solutions.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve service processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.

$850 - $1150week
