The Recruiter position requires the following:
JOB DESCRIPTION- 5+ years of strong recruiting experience in Canada Staffing.
- Must be familiar with Canada work authorization, visas etc.
- Should have handled team of Recruiters.
- Should have worked in MSP/VMS environment.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
- Expert in active searches Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.) & passive searches.
Role Specification- Conduct initial candidate interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
- Negotiate Payrate with candidates, rate negotiation with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
- Excellent utilization of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for sourcing candidates.
- Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
- Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
- Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
