We partner closely with the top MSPs in the industry as well as provide SoW based IT solutions. We are looking for seasoned Recruiters to join our team and help us continue our growth. The Recruiter position requires the following:

JOB DESCRIPTION

5+ years of strong recruiting experience in Canada Staffing.
Must be familiar with Canada work authorization, visas etc.
Should have handled team of Recruiters.
Should have worked in MSP/VMS environment.
Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Expert in active searches Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.) & passive searches.

Role Specification

Conduct initial candidate interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
Negotiate Payrate with candidates, rate negotiation with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
Excellent utilization of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for sourcing candidates.
Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
