Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead change management efforts by engaging sponsors, project teams and business partners through creation of actionable deliverables for the five elements of change for projects: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR).
Perform stakeholder analysis and change management assessments, evaluate change readiness and collaborate with key stakeholders to address the highlighted opportunities.
Collaborate and consult with project teams, business partners, and solution users to identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation technics.
Develop and execute change management plans, including sponsorship plans, coaching plans, resistance management plans as well as communication and training plans.
Collaborate and consult with project teams and business partners to perform training needs assessments, recommend training solutions and measure effectiveness of training solutions.
Develop and monitor metrics that measure effectiveness of the change management to improve speed of adoption, ultimate utilization and proficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide post-implementation support to identified groups and collect feedback on successes and opportunities to recommend improvement in future implementations.
Align change management plans and milestones to overall project plan and provide progress updates.
Contribute to maturing change management capabilities and toolsets:
Utilize standard toolkits and templates for the consistent application of change management methodology. Contribute to change management processes and tools maturity efforts.
Drive consistency in change management plans and messaging through consistent application of change management framework.
Consult and coach project teams and leaders of people to help them guide impacted people through change.
Engage with Enterprise Change Management team in innovation of change management methodologies.
Provide support and consultation to business unit leadership and teams on change management and communication priorities to achieve desired outcomes:
Develop effective presentations, messaging and publications.
Identify audience, develop key messaging and determine best channels for distribution of communications.
Provide training planning and training design consultation to training developers.
Propose, develop, author and edit communication materials and plans for various initiatives.
Develop and execute effective methods (surveys, round tables, focus group) to gather stakeholders feedback and know the pulse of the organization.
Participate in developing communications strategy and plans that support business units objectives.
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Communication team on business unit communication priorities.
