Job Description:

The purpose of the position will be to create training content (online and live classroom training) to support organizational initiatives and business units.
Strong content development and writing skills are needed.
Ability to draft articles to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as job aids.
Good research skills.
Instructional design and technical knowledge are needed.
This position will support live virtual meetings and events.
Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Must be professional.
DHB prefers experience with the following tools: Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Canva, Camtasia, and MS Teams.
Candidates with experience developing HR curriculums or training in partnership with subject matter experts are preferred.
Creating training videos and microlearning is a plus.
The use of voiceover tools is a plus.
Interest in continually learning new software and keeping the team updated on changes to the software is desired.
This position works with: Associate Director of Organizational Development, a Training and Support Specialist, a Learning and Development Consultant, an Organizational Development Consultant, and an Administrative Support Specialist.
