Role: Technical Recruiter – US & Canada staffing
Location: Remote
Type: Permanent FTE
Working Hours: PST Hours
JOB DESCRIPTION
2+ years of strong technical recruiting experience in US Staffing.
Should have worked in VMS / MSP as well as direct staffing model hiring W2 candidates.
Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Expert in passive & active searches in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc)
Role Specification
Conduct initial candidate interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
Negotiate Payrate with W2 candidates, rate negotiation with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
Excellent utilization of Job Diva (ATS) for sourcing candidates.
Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
