Product Design Mechanical Engineer

• Monday – Friday, regular business hours
• The salary is between $80,000 - $100,000

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, cutting-edge product concepts.
• Lead the mechanical design process from ideation through prototyping and into mass production.
• Create detailed models, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for each product. 
• Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure product designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and meet performance requirements.
• Continuously optimize and refine product designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5+ years of experience in product design and mechanical engineering within an R&D environment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and rapid prototyping techniques
• Experience designing products from concept to production, with a track record of successful products in the market
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
