You are good at creating relations, have a strong business understanding, and have a wide range of tools in the digital toolbox. You are fluent in Danish. You have a passion for CRM and Salesforce to help our clients grow their digital business. If these statements match you, then you might be Adapt’s new Salesforce Client Service Director.

The Role

As a Salesforce Client Service Director, you’ll be an important part of Adapt CRM's new bizz efforts. You are capable of leading the process independently – of course with the support of talented colleagues and specialists.

You’ll also get some responsibility for an existing customer portfolio. It is important that you can create good customer relations and that you are at the forefront of developing the customer's digital business. You’ll work closely with our Salesforce specialist team and will have a leading role even though you do not have staff responsibility.

You’ll be working with:

  • Salesforce new bizz (we focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot and to some extent Tableau).
  • qualifying needs and consulting clients together with Adapt's specialists
  • developing your own client portfolio
  • and the tasks you’ll add yourself. We hope that you’ll leave your mark on your tasks and that we’ll shape the position together

You have leadership skills and are a strong advisor. You can put yourself in the position of our client’s business and you dare to challenge their digital choices. Your communication skills and professional impact make you a credible advisor.

Overall you probably need to tick off the following:

  • leadership skills and ready to take on a mentoring role
  • loves responsibility, and is good at working with a high degree of freedom
  • has experience with advising commercial companies. Preferably, within the field of Salesforce
  • have excellent customer relations and dare to challenge our customers
  • know how to create digital roadmaps and identify initiatives with high business value
  • it is natural for you to seek out new customers
  • has at least 5 years experience in the industry
