Title: Global Organizational Change Manager

There is a widespread misconception that a change manager delivers change. They do not. They set up the environment to enable change. Our client already know this, and they'd love to benefit from your insight and your help.
Essential Functions:
Establishes and sustains the framework and the collateral for delivering effective and sustained change management and adoption initiatives
Develops our leaders’ capabilities in successfully supporting change
Creates the appropriate formal and informal communities of change champions / early adopters / technology ambassadors to extend our understanding of, and our reach to our people
Establishes the mechanisms to benchmark and track change and adoption efforts in support of a data-centric culture
Oversees the effective delivery of IT messages to the firm, providing guidance on content, vehicle, and timing
Supports and leads the change elements of higher profile global initiatives including, but not limited to, digital transformation and information governance
Provides change leadership guidance for smaller scale projects Works with Subject Matter Experts and vendors to determine best practices and uniform methods to improve the use of technology within the firm
Develops approaches to foster effective Change Management across Global Technology as a whole
Assists others in performing evaluations of new products/applications deemed to be appropriate to the Firm’s business
Provides guidance and leadership in optimizing the user experience Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet goals and objectives
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or commensurate experience.
Formal change management certification, such as ACMP or Prosci preferred Professional
Experience:
Experience in areas ranging from organizational change management, systems and business analysis and design, and business process re-engineering required
Experience managing change for several large change initiatives required
Experience project managing small to medium sized initiatives required In depth experience of providing (integral or external) consulting with end users required
Experience and understanding of systems support preferred
Problem troubleshooting experience preferred
Experience with professional services industry and matter centric document management environments preferred
