Hours and Benefits for the Sr. Project Coordinator:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year (Depending on experience)
PTO, Employer Paid Healthcare, and 3% 401(k) contribution
Monday through Thursday on-site
- Remote Fridays

Responsibilities for the Sr. Project Coordinator:

Support 3 high volume Project Managers on the construction team
- 100 projects each (300 total)
Own the system – enter data, keep information accurate, ensure invoices are copied, sent and received
Be the main point of contact for vendors and liaison for the PM team
Perform ad hoc executive support work (calendar management, book appointments, etc.)

Requirements for the Sr. Project Coordinator:

2+ years of experience working in a Data Admin, Collections, AP/AR, or similar responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
Must be highly analytical with strong Excel skills
Familiarity with e-Builder data management software a plus, but not required
