Job Description:

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Engineering & Product Development, Quality and Regulatory Compliance, and End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management areas
• 10+ years of experience implementing PLM, QMS and RIMS related capabilities for Healthcare / Medical Devices companies
• Good understanding of leading PLM, QMS and RIMS software platforms such as Siemens, Dassault Systems, PTC, Oracle & SAP
• Good implementation experience of at least two of the leading software platforms
• Proven ability to develop current state process mapping, target state process definition, and business and functional requirements specifications

• Assess clients people, process, data and systems landscape and define strategic roadmap to implement Product Value Chain transformation leveraging PLM/QMS/RIMS to help realize time-to-market and time-to-quality benefits, operational efficiency and increased profitability for customers
• PLM/QMS/RIMS product evaluation and recommendation
• TCO and ROI assessment and optimization
• Reference Architecture creation

• Parts and Documents Mgmt.
• Product Data Management including CAD
• New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), Commercialization and Sustenance
• Product Data and Configuration Management including Parts, BOMs (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM), DMR and DHF Management
• End-to-End Change and Quality Management
• Supplier and Manufacturer Collaborations
• Product Compliance Management (REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Process Chemistry, etc.)
• Product Cost Management
• Service Lifecycle Management
