The Staffing Coordinator is a key team member on the Commercial Staffing team for Sanofi Genzyme in providing administrative related support to a team of Commercial Recruiters.
Responsibilities will include: scheduling of candidates for interviews in partnership with recruiters, hiring managers; working with executive administrative assistants to secure key interviewer time, presenting a professional view to all candidates in arranging of interview details, including travel requirements, logistical questions and expense reimbursements.
In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination of large-scale HUB interview events associated with recruitment scale-ups. This includes sourcing venue locations, management of contract details with venue staff, partnering with Staffing Director on contract details, space allocation and all elements related to HUB event success. You are also responsible for working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to secure time and additional interview resources, where needed.
This role is also responsible for the generation of offer letters and communication with candidates on all new hire paperwork requirements, including Sanofi Genzyme s Employment Agreement. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the processing of new hire paperwork and transitioning date to HR team; collecting data and preparing related HR statistics and reports; utilizing the HRIS system to input HR data and perform other duties.
The Staffing Coordinator is also expected to train new team members and act as a lead point-of-contact for administrative questions.
Skills:Candidate must possess 3-5 years of administrative support experience preferably in an HR capacity. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities, be able to balance a number of competing administrative priorities as well as be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and also possess good verbal communication and written abilities.
Education:High School diploma and 2 - 5 years of related experience. Associates degree preferred.
