Jr. Project Manager - CISO PMO Team

• Manages all aspects of small to medium-sized projects for the Security Team, from initiation through deployment
• Assist the CISO PMO Team with ongoing projects, and facilitates dialogue between CISO, IT Management, Engineering and Agencies
• Actively participates in meetings with a broad cross-functional team to communicate the status of various projects, discuss issues/risks, and understand the impact of any changes to business requirements
• Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and upkeep of CISO Team Websites and various O365 Products (MS Teams, MS Stream, etc.)
• Acquire subject knowledge by interviewing product subject matter experts, referring to technical specifications, and compliance and/or security requirements
• Leads projects in a transparent and productive way, applying standard project management practice
• Oversee integrated schedules and prepare status reports
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the capacity to communicate with senior leaders
• Monitor work for compliance to applicable plans, specifications, accepted project management practices and standards
• Manage/Maintain CISO PMO documentation review and approval process. Maintain and enforce documentation policy and processes
• Will actively work to become a Subject Matter Expert on specific initiatives, to facilitate workshops and participation from appropriate internal stakeholders and groups
• Conduct analysis and trending (reports, dashboards, status, etc...) on internal or external progress or events affecting information security

• B.S. Degree required in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Information Security, or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience
• Up to 3 years of relevant internship/work experience in Project Management, Information Security, or Cybersecurity in corporate settings
• Candidates with a passion for Project Management, or a desire to obtain their PMP credentials, are strongly preferred
• Candidates with certifications such as MTA Security Fundamentals, CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Security+, GISF, or SSCP are strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Change Management processes required
• Basic knowledge of SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, PCI regulations required
• Working knowledge of Smartsheets, and various O365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Stream, etc.) preferred
