Project Coordinator 4 - THREE ROLES

• A history of achievement in coordinating time sensitive projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using word processing programs and spreadsheets
• Experience with using and updating ticket tracking software (BugTrack, ServiceNow preferred)

• Using and updating ticket tracking software (BugTrack, ServiceNow preferred) including pulling reports for Management use
• Facilitating Meetings and documenting and distributing Meeting Minutes
• Facilitating Issue resolution
• Creating and distributing project communications and release notes
• Assisting PM with project tasks and tracking project progress
• Reporting progress to management
• Other project coordination duties as assigned
