A dynamic law firm in Clifton Park, NY is seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation from the plaintiff side.

**This is a full-time opportunity for one of our clients.

Hours and Benefits for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation:

$100-140K+ (depending on years of experience and if bringing a Book of Business).
Opportunity for additional earnings through business development!

Responsibilities for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation
Legal Expertise:

Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation, particularly from the plaintiff side.
Handle cases independently and collaboratively with the existing team.
Business Development:
A pre-existing book of business is desirable but not mandatory.
Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated from brought-in business.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside senior and administrative staff.

Requirements for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation:

5+ years of experience with personal injury and general/civil litigation law.
Hold a J.D. and be admitted to the New York State Bar.
Handle medical records and manage some paper-based business.
Willingness to travel locally to other offices.
