Mid Level Corporate Associate
3 years of corporate law experience
2 years of mergers and acquisitions practice
2 years of private equity practice
Expertise in public and private financing, corporate governance and related
Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A
Expertise with private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and business sense
Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.
