Job Title: Commercial Contracts Attorney
Job Description: Effectively draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including services agreements, consulting agreements, software license and hosting agreements, commercial real estate leases, distribution and supply agreements, confidentiality agreements and other commercial contracting matters.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following: law firm, corporate legal department or government agency
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment to integrate business and legal objectives
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Desire and ability to be a hands-on contributor who is customer service-oriented
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts
Target Start Date: As soon as possible
Target End Date: March 31, 2024
