Systems Administrator ( On Site )

Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.


Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:
Administrate Office 365 services like Security and Intune.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 Azure and Exchange policies
Ensure corporate network systems are compliant
Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues with user access to cloud services
Windows Server --RDS Gateways, high availability groups, clusters, etc.
Basic networking knowledge- firewall, managed switch to isolate traffic for security, etc.
Define and document best practices and support procedures
Responsible for support of Windows Server 2012 through 2021 along with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Professional.
Working knowledge of hypervisor
Be proficient with DNS, WINS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Evaluate vendor hardware, firewall, telecom and software and summarize recommendation
Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience
Experience with Azure AD and Exchange
Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Technical documentation and use of all Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
Other duties as assigned.

**Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.

Qualifications:
4 - 6 years of IT system and network administration
Bachelors degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.

Possess professional IT training and certifications to include:
A+ Certification, Net+, Security+ preferred
Microsoft Certification preferred
