Role:
The Manager/Senior Manager, Live Learning is a key contributor, working closely with the VP, Enterprise Content to drive the creation and delivery of high-quality, synchronous, learning content.
This role will handle the delivery of synchronous LIVE and Virtual/In-person Instructor-led training programs across Harappa's corporate, enterprise customers. They will be expected to create state-of-the-art live content, and coordinate with faculty and facilitators to achieve learner delight. They will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Conceptualize Harappa curriculum-based proposals to fulfil the demand for synchronous LIVE Sessions and In-person/Virtual Instructor Led Training Programs
- Work closely with customers in the enterprise segment and with the internal Solutioning and Sales teams to ensure the intent and outcomes of the sessions are well-captured
- Lead initiatives aimed at developing detailed session plans and learning material like audio, video material, case studies, activities, projects, etc. for LIVE Sessions
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience/satisfaction, learner engagement, and learning outcome parameters
- Coordinate internally with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the team’s commitments
- Ideate, plan and execute new projects to enhance the team’s growth and execution
- Engage with a diverse range of Faculty, Clients and Functional SPoCs
Functional Requirements
- 5-8 years of preferred work experience, preferably client facing or in-house with Learning & Development roles; in the Training, Skilling, EdTech or Online Education companies
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented environment
- Ability to work with a highly focused team that is driven towards creating the right impact for enterprise customers and learners
- An avid learner, someone who actively seeks out feedback and challenges to learn, grow, and improve
- Strong attention to detail, deadline and delivery orientation, and ability to work under pressure
