Job Description

Effective coordination between Partner Resource Management team, Project Team, Supplier Operations team
Communication with PRM team about Resource start & end date, Rate, Tech Level, Ramp up period
Submission of filled in requests on External Contractor Portal to Supplier Operations team
Working with Global Contracting Office to address questions related to Terms & Conditions in SOW / CR in consultation with Project Owner
Full time Contractor (FTC) resources utilization tracking and billing
Resource Master validation so that Supplier Ops team is able to process monthly accruals and invoices
Tracking the resource end dates as per PO and SOW and HeadTrax report and taking necessary actions for resource extension, roll off, replacements etc.
Tracking completion of mandatory training courses by vendor resources
Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel), should be able to work with Macros and advanced Excel features
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and quality
Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Apply knowledge learned through experience to be able to resolve any issues
