Role-
The Manager/Senior Manager will be a key contributor in the Content writing team and will work closely to drive the creation and delivery of high-quality, asynchronous learning material for Harappa's corporate and enterprise customers.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to manage schedules, coordinate with faculty and facilitators to achieve learner delight, and ensure sound quality check of the products delivered.
They will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Conceptualize learning programs based on the Harappa curriculum to create impactful asynchronous courses
- Work closely with customers in the enterprise segment and with the internal solutioning and sales teams to ensure the intent and outcomes of the courses are well-captured
- Lead initiatives aimed at developing new formats of delivery and learning material like audio, video, case studies, activities, projects, and so on.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the learning experience, learner engagement, and learning outcome
- Coordinate internally with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the team’s commitments
Functional Requirements
- 6-8 years of preferred work experience, preferably in client facing roles. A background in L&D and Edtech are bonus but not essential
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented environment
- Ability to work with a highly focused team that is driven towards creating the right impact for enterprise customers and learners
- An avid learner, someone who actively seeks out feedback and challenges to learn, grow, and improve
- Strong attention to detail, deadline and delivery orientation, and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-moving projects across internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving and process management skills; detail orientation and passion for achieving global quality standards
- Ability to build relationships with customers, faculty, and learners geared for impact
