Maintenance Engineer Analyst

This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
Responsibilities:
- Perform supportability and maintenance task analysis.
- Review technical documentation, drawings, and models to identify maintenance supply support requirements.
- Evaluate Provisioning and Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) files for necessary changes.
- Support the development and maintenance of requirements database (GEIA-STD-007 and Slicwave).
- Create Maintenance Engineering source data for technical manuals and maintenance publications.
- Assess emerging designs for compliance and recommend improvements for supportability and maintainability.
- Conduct detailed task analysis as part of the Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) process.
- Document results in the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) database.
- Translate technical information into source data for ILS products development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (other degrees considered with relevant experience).
- Experience in ground combat vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with GEIA-STD-0007, LSA/LSAR, and Slicwave database is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE) and Provisioning is beneficial.
- Understanding of RPSTLs is preferred.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Army logistics support structure, policies, and procedures is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, CAD models (PRO-E/Product View), and MS Office applications.
