Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Project Manager. This is an 11 month + contract hybrid remote position located in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:
- As a project coordinator/ Project Manager, the role would be divided between supporting our Principles Pioneers program, managing intake and triage/assignment of case reviews, and supporting our Program Managers (PgM's).
- The Principles Pioneers program, comprised of hundreds of staff globally who are trusted and trained AI Principles advisors, is a high priority for the Responsible Innovation team, and is core to supporting and facilitating a core function, product fairness testing.
- The program is rapidly scaling, and operational excellence is core to building the program in a way that can support Resin's needs as well as our cross-functional partners, so the program can maintain breadth of cross-client impact.
- This role will support the operational elements of the program, including managing the training, onboarding, quality control workflows, and general operational workflows to ensure the program is structurally sound, and tailored to Resin's evolving needs.
- You'll also be supporting client's flagship generative AI products.
- A part of a highly motivated, collaborative team, working with teams across the company to explore and better understand how products impact users and broader society, documenting guidance, and problem-solving with data.
- Partnering with our PgM's and Senior Analysts on documentation and guidance; triaging and documenting incoming requests and cases and assisting and supporting PgM's on Resin-specific projects and workstreams, from governance, to scaling efforts and audits.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid project and program management skills to support our logistics and coordination functions and drive operational improvements to our processes.
- Coordinate and enhance key engagement programs including training, onboarding, and quality assurance programs, as well as gathering and analyzing feedback from relevant stakeholders to track impact metrics.
- Maintain operational excellence and efficiency in the program, liaising with relevant stakeholders such as testing leads, infrastructure lead, etc.
- Supporting documentation and guidance; triaging and documenting incoming requests and cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in project management.
- Industry experience managing/coordinating projects (1-3 years ideally).
- Proven project management skills, including scope management, risk/issue management and reporting at multiple levels in an organization.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
- Proven ability to manage project priorities and technical resources, plus relationships with multiple partner-teams, and/or vendors.
- Experience in the internet industries.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
- Proficient with spreadsheets or similar software, and Google Docs.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Interest in societal and/or civic issues for social good.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Desired:
- Working experience with data analytics tools PLX, SQL etc.
- Interest in/Knowledge of ethics and socio-technical considerations of technology and the future of AI.
Pay rate range: $42.75 - $49.87 hourly.
