About the Position

Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Project Manager. This position will report into the Senior Director Construction. This position is based at corporate office in lower Fairfield, with occasional overnight site visits and site diligence. 

 

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is a member of the PASS construction management team and would work with the structuring desk as the technical team member, bridging engineering, evaluating sites, evaluating production estimates, generating budgets, maintaining schedules, interacting with utilities, writing scope of work, bidding materials and sub-contractors, executing agreements and approve payments and change orders, and overall coordination from permits to PTO and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree; Preference in construction management or engineering
• Overall construction experience with C&I solar project management experience a plus
• NABCEP certified preferred
• Proficient in reading and understanding civil, structural, low voltage and medium voltage plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of OSHA safety procedures and national electric codes
• Proficient in Excel, Gant charts, scheduling software, and project management software (Kuhua preferred)
