Join Temedica as a Customer Success Manager (f/d/m) and take ownership of the entire customer journey, from contract to value realization. As a key player within our Commercial department, you'll be the frontline contact for Permea, our cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service health insights platform and our service offerings. Collaborate closely with our Product team to bridge customer priorities with product development, ensuring that our offerings consistently meet client needs. Your role isn't just about guaranteeing customer satisfaction; it's about becoming a trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams. Your Role with us

  • You advocate for the customer internally and trigger product and feature development to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • You structure and coordinate complex internal (product, engineering, data) and external (medical, commercial, procurement, BI) issues by handling and prioritizing customer requests and projects.
  • You keep track of all happenings not only within our customers' accounts but also those affecting their business, such as success or failure of clinical trials of new drugs, M&A, key hirers, cooperations and competition.
  • You actively ensure positive Net Revenue Retention, your most important KPI, by identifying and acting on up- and cross-selling opportunities, as well as by managing additional projects and business development initiatives.

What you bring to the table

  • You have worked for 2-4 years as a business consultant for life sciences/pharma companies, or within the commercial context of a life sciences/pharma player, where you learned how to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You have an academical background in life sciences, business analytics, or other data-related subjects.
  • You are familiar with modern CRM tools such as HubSpot, and adept at both subject-level and business communication.
  • You have full professional fluency in German and in English.
