As User Experience Designer (f/d/m) you are at the visual forefront of shaping the world of individualized healthcare and help us design companion apps for patients with chronical diseases to support their everyday life. Your Role with us

• You collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver and execute our design concepts and continuously enhance it.
• You own and define the UX processes for our core product, and communicate UX requirements to the cross functional team.
• You define problem spaces and present concepts and methods to improve our product's usability.
• You are in close contact with our customers and conduct user interviews and synthesize and implement the findings into the product.

What you bring to the table

• You have 3+ years of UX-Design experience in the B2C-SaaS industry, including stakeholder management, application development and ideally had some professional touchpoints within the health sector.
• You are fluent in Figma, and are used to build your processes within Miro, Jira and used a relevant research tool in the past (e.g. Condens, Dovetail or other related tools).
• You have a proven track record of autonomously leading, strategizing, and executing user interviews.
• You are fluent in English and have proficiency in conducting and analyzing user interviews in German (at least C1).
