Your Role with us

• You find and win over promising candidates where they naturally are, and actively approach them to fill our open roles with the best talent for our company.
• You conduct interviews and accompany candidates through the entire selection process to built long-term relationships.
• You are a trustworthy contact person for applicants and all stakeholders alongside the hiring process to strengthen the candidate experience.
• You use data, networking and state-of-the-art tools to continually improve our recruiting process.

What you bring to the table

• You are studying at least for two more semesters (business) psychology, business administration or social sciences.
• You are comfortable working with numbers and data to analyse recruitment metrics and trends. Furthermore you have the ability to use data insights to contribute to discussions with hiring managers and make informed decisions about candidate sourcing and selection strategies.
• You ideally gained first experience in preparing and conducting interviews, and know how to assess candidates according to skill- and value-fit.
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
