As a Working Student (f/d/m) - Customer Service and Content Management, you will have a chance to sharpen your writing and communication skills, working professionally with social media, and develop a substantial understanding of customer-centric practices in the healthcare industry. With all that, you will directly contribute to the improvement of the patient journey for people navigating their lives with chronic illnesses. Your Role with us

• You do content research for our and address the needs of our existing communities.
• You create and publish content pieces for our Instagram and Facebook channels.
• You are responsible for community management on social media and are active as our apps ambassador.
• You are the first point of contact for users' questions and concerns across different channels (such as App Stores, phone, emails and chat).

What you bring to the table

• You are currently enrolled in a German university for at least two more semesters, with some relation to marketing or communications.
• You ideally have had first experience with content creation or customer contact - experience or passion for the sector is a plus.
• You are familiar with common social media platforms and have experience in community management.
• You speak both German and English fluently.
