As a Working Student (f/d/m) or Intern - Finance at Temedica, you will gain a deep insight into our company's figures by assisting our Finance team in ensuring all financial processes run smoothly. You will play an active part in a variety of tasks ranging from budget analysis and reporting to help in the implementation of a new FP&A tool. You will conduct autonomous work and learn from a professional, young and motivated team how the financials of a fast-growing startup are structured, holding a critical function in the health of our finances. Your Role with us

• You will assist in the preparation of financial statements and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
• You will analyze and organize data by learning how to use our financial software, as well as assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems.
• You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, invoices and accounts payable/receivable, recoding financial transactions accurately and ensuring accurate payment processing.
• You will provide support for financial decision-making processes as well as assist in special financial projects.

What you bring to the table

• You have recently graduated or are in the end of your studies for a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other finance-related subjects where you learned to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
• You are proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), and know to ensure accuracy in calculations and data entry. Previous experience with financial management software is a big plus!
• You speak German on native-level and are fluent in English.
• Previous internship/work experience in a finance-related role or a completed commercial vocational apprenticeship is highly advantageous.
