As a J unior Talent Acquisition Manager (f/d/m) at Temedica, you are the person in charge of finding and winning the best talents for our team and running our processes as a recruiting expert. Everything you do with the support of a well running team - from implementing the latest recruiting trends and tools, bringing in your own topics, sharpening interviewing, widening your network, to E2E recruiting - will sustainably contribute to our company’s growth! Your Role with us

  • You find and win promising talents where they naturally are and actively approach them to fill our open roles with the best fitting talent for our company.
  • You serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates and collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate’s journey.
  • You participate in well-structured interviews and guide candidates through the selection process, fostering lasting relationships and securing successful hires.
  • You use data, networking and state-of-the-art tools to continually improve our recruiting process.

What you bring to the table

  • You studied (business) psychology, business, social sciences or comparable with great success or comparable knowledge through your work experience.
  • You know how to approach promising talents strategically and quickly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, and you are well versed in the usage of an ATS (Personio is a plus).
  • You are experienced in preparing and conducting interviews and are proficient in evaluating candidates unbiased based on their skill-set and alignment with company values.
  • You speak English fluently, and conducting interviews is not a problem at all for you. German is a plus.

Based on a B2B SaaS business model, we so offer novel data monitors that secure previously unknown insights for Pharma and Life-sciences to make personalized medicine reality. Finally!
